Parking Enforcement Process
Parking Enforcement, including vehicle immobilisation, to be carried out on any vehicle parked in contravention to parking rules and regulations clearly displayed on signages and warning notices throughout your parking lot/site, and would include:
- Any vehicle parked in contravention to parking rules & regulations in No Parking Zone.
- Any vehicle parked in Paid Parking Lot without having valid monthly parking permit to park in Paid Parking Lot
- Any vehicle parked outside the Parking Bays including any vehicle parked improperly thereby wasting 2 (two) or more Parking Bays.
- Any vehicle obstructing the Traffic Flow.

1) PAY BY PHONE
Using an app-based cashless pay by phone system allows customers to conveniently pay for parking by registering an account via their smartphone or by using a pay by phone mobile wallet solution.
This cashless payment integration solution has revolutionised parking globally and eliminates leakage and corruption.

2) RFID PERMIT MANAGEMENT & INSTALLATION
Via small permit tag fitted inside the windscreen of the vehicle, a RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) based permit management system ensures the smooth entry/exit of frequent vehicles coming inside a facility/parking lot. It also means the movement of such vehicles are fully tracked.
3) LPR & ANPR
A Licence Plate Recognition (LPR) camera-based solution is a niche solution provided for ‘Non Permit/Non RFID holders’. This solution ensures that an image of the licence registration plate of every vehicle is captured, and its corresponding data is stored to an accuracy of more than 90%. The system is integrated to a cloud-based parking revenue management system. ANPR (Automatic Numberplate Recognition) is the type of software that takes this camera-based solution to the next level, in ensuring motorists don’t outstay their allotted time in the car park. Security agencies can also use ANPR to detect vehicles and motorists of interest.

In collaboration with our regulators, the United Traffic And Parking Association (UTPA) and their upskilling provider Manipal City & Guilds (Pan India) the training of our staff is split into two initial categories. Parking Enforcement Officers and Parking Office & Management Staff.
The initial ‘Enforcement’ qualification is ideal for those with experience in ‘security’, who want to up-train to parking enforcement, while the ‘Office’ qualification is for parking officers wanting to progress...or for those wanting to join the parking industry at that level.
